A significant proportion of urban Indians report poor sleep quality. And often, the problem is not just the hour they go to bed.

It is what stays on their mind:
Unfinished thoughts.
What didn’t get done.
What might go wrong tomorrow.
When the mind doesn’t switch off even though the body is ready for rest–this state, known as nocturnal cognitive arousal, is a key reason people struggle to fall asleep (Sleep Medicine, Lahiri et al., 2020).
So even when you are exhausted, your system is not at ease. Improving sleep could often start with the obvious – a better mattress, less screen time, and a healthier routine.
And while these help, they don’t always address the challenge of transitioning your mind out of “on.”

This 7–minute guided meditation helps your mind move out of constant activity, so your system can naturally come to rest.
Before you go to bed tonight,
take 7 minutes just for yourself.
