"In the year 2000, I got married, with dreams of a different life ahead. I was blessed with two beautiful children and thought my life was set. However, a devastating twist of fate awaited. In 2004, my father passed away, and the business that my husband and father had nurtured together crumbled into ruin.

I was not involved in the business, but the blame seemed to fall squarely on my shoulders. I sank into the depths of depression, with each day feeling like an unbearable burden. My daughters, aged 2 and 7, became my sole reason to live, but joy and hope were distant memories. I isolated myself, rarely going outside, and became a stranger even within my own family. The days passed in a haze of despair, and I could not find the strength to break free.

Many years later, it was my daughters who threw me a lifeline, suggesting I try Inner Engineering. Those 7 days of the program were transformative. It was as if a heavy burden had lifted, and I began to experience the joy of living once more. At the age of 42, I took the bold step to embrace Sadhanapada and, in that journey, I found myself again.

My life had taken a path I never imagined, from despair to rediscovery, and Inner Engineering was the key to my transformation.”
