By the age of 84, Captain Pushp Vaid had flown helicopters through enemy fire, survived a crash into the North Sea, served in the Indian Air Force, and received the Vir Chakra.

Today, he still plays golf, volunteers in his community, and takes on life with the same enthusiasm.
After years of exploring Yoga and meditation, he discovered Miracle of Mind.
What began as a simple 7-minute practice soon became something he wanted to continue for much longer. In over 300 consecutive days, he completed more than 750 meditation sessions.
One of the biggest changes he has noticed is a greater sense of clarity.
He says the practice has helped him become more focused, less distracted by his thoughts, and more at ease, both on the golf course and in everyday life.
Perhaps the greatest freedom is not having
fewer things to deal with.
It is having a mind that does not
pull you in every direction.
Take 7 minutes for yourself today.
